How it works

1

Your board approves a one-page agreement. Your site address is ready the same day.

2

Upload what you have

Drop each document into its labeled place and watch the checklist fill in. Only have paper? We can load it for you.

3

Stay current

Post notices and minutes as they come. Owners ask for a login on the site and your board sends it.

Questions boards ask

Is this legal advice?

No. We host your documents and organize them around the statute. Your association's attorney decides what your association must post.

Who decides what gets posted?

Your board. We never post anything for you. We are a website service, not a community association manager.

We have a management company. Do we need this?

Maybe not. A management company's portal counts if it has a page dedicated to your association with these documents. Our free check walks through it.

We meet in person. What about the video recordings?

The video rule covers meetings held by video conference. If your board meets in person, mark it "doesn't apply". If you do meet by video, upload the recording and we store it where only owners can watch.

Can our board approve this without an owner vote?

Usually. A board approves contracts at a noticed meeting, with the contract attached to the notice; our agreement is one page for that reason. If $690 a year is more than 5% of your association's total yearly budget including reserves, Florida law requires competitive bids first. Check with your attorney if unsure.

Can we leave?

Any time. Download everything whenever you like. Yearly plans are refunded for unused full months.
